"Sept 2021. I am 7 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and just lost my job. I informed them I would be late for my title loan and was told they understood. Yet after I get home from my appointment and was resting as I was told to rest because of blood pressure they apparently took my car. Even though I was waiting for my fiancé to get home to make a payment. Apparently they confused the word “understand” with “doesn’t matter”. Not only did they take my car but they do not take it to a secure place. They take it to their home. They added over 40 miles to my car (nearly 50) and ran over a nail. While super pregnant and not supposed to be under stress I wait for them to get my car for nearly two hours. No one said the car was at someone’s house nearly 20-30 miles away. Eventually I was told they had a flat. Apparently while in the process of changing the flat to my spare they left some of my personal belongings on the side of the highway. During this process the older woman working there at the time thought it was necessary to flip me off a few times. She tried to pretend she didn’t know (scratching her face or holding a cup). I will have to find the photos and add to this. Yes. They say they care and understand but those words mean nothing. I had my payment ready but was resting as instructed because of high blood pressure with my high risk pregnancy until my fiancé got home but they didn’t care they say one thing and mean another. Then joy ride in your car. Then make you sit for 2 hours waiting for them to get your car from god knows where (anywhere but a secure lot) then cost you a tire and personal items that they left on the highway. Yeah I made a complaint with their main office but they claim that this was all “normal”."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. We went into the Owasso location to pay off a loan in April. An employee told me the amount to pay and I did. May rolls around and we get a bill. After admitting they made a mistake, we went in again and paid entire balance. They included a late fee even though it was their error. Mgr told me they would wave late fee. I get June's credit report and they had reported us derogatory. July, and August also reported us derogatory even though we were not. I advise Signature loans to read a copy of the fair reporting act because when I told her that was illegal she insisted that it is not. We also have asked for 6 months to be removed from mailing list and they have not done so. which is also illegal. But Mgr insistthat it is not."

"Anytime I have had to be a little late with my payment they have been so nice to me. Some of the other places I have loans with have been hostile about being late but not Signature. They have worked with me and have always been respectful and friendly. I highly recommend them."
