The woman told her at City Salon, where that was located and said her hairdresser was Cindy. My mother was needing a good hairdresser so she had her call and see if Cindy was available and as it turned out she was and my mothet made an appointment. Well she couldnt be happier. She gets more compliments on her hair now and she loves it. Cindy is such a good hairdresser. My mom gets in and out in about an hour or less.
