"I cancelled my account in December because of problems i kept having with their automated payment system. 2 months later I get a phone call demanding that a payment be made on the account that should have been closed previously. I explained the situation and they told me that they could not manage my account until a payment was made. They did say that they would pay me back for the months prior after the payment, but i have no money to make the payment. So my only option is to let it affect my credit score more than it already has for not being paid for the 2 months, plus whatever else they take off my score for canceling my account. You can get much cheaper and more reliable service from many other companies. Please don't make the same mistake I did."
