"I hate to write this review but I feel it's important given the experience I had with Ryan Khoury at this company. To start, I had a good conversation with Ryan. He gave me the best quotes to insure all 3 of my cars and my home. I felt comfortable moving my coverage plans to Bear River who he works with. About 60 days after coverage started I received an email from Ryan stating they were dropping coverage on my Tesla model S because they do not cover "super cars". He said I would have to find coverage somewhere else. After going back and forth for a while I decided to find insurance coverage for my vehicles and home through a different company. I sent Ryan the declaration pages for the new company I was working with back in July of 2023. Come to find out, I am still covered with Bear River and just got charged again for an additional time period of coverage. I have never had a more poor experience working with anyone or any company. I would never recommend working with Ryan Khoury, Bear River or Rob Jackson Insurance."
