"Had allowed a friend to do my nails as practice, but when it didn't go well, I went to Ocean Nail and Spa to have them removed. It has been over 20 years since I have experienced so much pain during a nail removal. My technician used a fake nail to literally rip my nails off instead of letting them soak and filing them off. I expressed how much pain she was causing me and she continued her antiquated technique. I cannot believe even after telling her how bad she was hurting me that she continued. I came in for nail removal only and wonder if this method was my punishment for not spending enough money. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and hope my review will save someone else from the throbbing pain my nails have had all week."
