"Andrea the assistant manager is really rude she told my son he could leave when he was there waiting on her patiently for the store to open the today. It was 9:40 am the store was supposed to be open at 9:00 am she did not kno i was on the phone listening to the whole conversation she threatened to call the police and refused him service when he did absolutely nothing. I personally went back and she refused me service as well. something is not right about the service she is providing...if u have to be treated like that by an assistant manager at a store then I defintely dont want to business with someone like that...sad part about it we were not the only ones treated poorly today because she was running late...smh....if u dont like ur job then find a new one...the customers is what makes the paychecks for the family dollar employees...very dissatisfied customer."
