"We have used this company in the past. Overall the work performed is good however. But now they charge $122.00 an hour for labor and fuel charge that was $78.00 when its a local company. That is absolutely price gouging. Then they slide in second tech that only requires one. Be careful with this company as its all about money now and will no longer recommend."

"Ordered part for commercial refrigerator was told at the time the part would be in 3 to 4 days. Called back after waiting 5 days, was then told standard shipping was 7 to 10, called back on 10th day, was told it would be 2 more days, finally received it 12 business days after ordering. Pricing was good but the wait is totally unacceptable."

"We need a emergency repair, yet the technician was really slow to give us a quote on the parts. Had to call another company and they were able to give me a quote right away. I am OK to pay the service call, but they didn't tell you it's minimum of one and half hours charge when you called, but charge you anyway. Will never use them again."
