"Quick to look at the machine. Serviceman was not the right person to assess the machine. Therefore he did assure me that the next day someone would come and take a look at it. After looking at it they determine that they did not have the parts to fix it. I understand them to say they could not get the parts but I was able to order a part to fix machine. I appreciate the quick service call I just need to let you know that you may need to check for yourself about parts."

"Poor communication in which I have trouble reaching any technician. Not only was I hung up on twice I have also paid a huge amount of money for them to fix my ice machine in which a week later is the same as it was before. Not to mention technician was very rude and for those labor hours in which he gets paid for hourly my employee asking why the man is just standing there doing nothing. Didn't expect this treatment not to mention nothing was fixed and will most likely NEVER use this company again."

"Buyer Beware, This place will cheat you. Their in-house repair man is Incompetent, and very slow. Took him a week to figure out we had a freon leak in our cooler. Funny thing was,when i brought it to him, he asked what was wrong and I told him the freon had leaked out. He charged it back up for us. So, When we got there we were charged $160.00 for this outstanding diagnosis. Just made me sick, and I will never spend another cent with them. It makes me sick, I could have taken it down the road and had it charged for $60.00. Charged me 2 hours of labor, FOR WHAT????? Because He's Slow, I'm just thankful they didn't charge us for the week and a half they had our cooler."
