"Helen was extremely rough with me especially when filing my nails, I’ve never been in so much pain during a pedicure. She was so rough to the point where I couldn’t relax my fingers properly which made her more rude. She didn’t understand that the reason why I wasn’t relaxing my fingers and being tense was because she was being was being way too rough with me even after I told her. Then she hit my right hand with her nail file because I was too stiff (again because she was being way too rough it hurt) which made me so angry. That has never happened to me before. I didn’t say anything in the salon because I wanted to go asap. I wanted to book with Bella but took another chance with Helen. Because of Helen, I will never come back. Hitting me with a nail file was out of line and she was extremely rough I was in pain and couldn’t relax the entire time despite telling her she’s too rough. She also overcharged me 70 dollars for an acrylic set with French tip and medium length when Bella, charged me 50-55."
