"My parents were with him for a long time so when i bought a new car i decided to go with him also and i really didn’t like him from the start my bill was extremely high for no reason and ive asked other insurances and they are all like half the price he is… so im switching insurances and he’s making me pay for canceling with him but he never made my parents pay. not very happy with him. he also never returned my phone calls like ever when i left a voicemail. i wouldn’t recommend him you can find someone better :)"

"I would absolutely NEVER use Tim Madison. When I was questioning him why my bill was so high and why I was paying for services that we did not need, he stopped me mid sentence and told me he had other people that needed to talk to him. I am glad he did that because it forced me to find someone else. After talking to others it sounds like he has a reputation for being rude! Tim I am glad you don’t need my business!"

"I’ve been with Allstate for a few years now, working with Paul Kelley. For some reason, as soon as my agent was replaced, my insurance shot up about $140 for NO REASON. I’ve had no tickets or incidents and up until now, my policy had been going down every 6 months. There is absolutely NO reason an insurance policy increases that much for, again, NO REASON. The customer service I’ve received is even worse and I’m here to tell everyone to switch to Progressive. My parents have had them for several years and have NEVER had these issues with them AND they quoted me a policy with full coverage and roadside assistance for less than Allstate is trying to charge me for the state’s minimum coverage. I loved Allstate up until I got a new agent that doesn’t care about his clients. Goodbye Tim!"
