"ACE Hardware in Skiatook does not completely fill propane tanks. They charge a flat rate by the tank size, not by the actual amount that was refilled. They fill by weight and charge by the gallon. Employees should be resetting the meter between tanks, but they don't. Pay attention to the meter, do a little math. You are probably being shorted."
