"Wow! Just had a less than courteous interaction with Scott. He shares an office with an agent named Weston Long....I was a previous client of Weston's and had....lets say...a less than professional experience with him. You can see my review of Weston if you would like to know more, or see the review in question. Well, I duplicated the review on YELP to what I though, was Weston's page. It wasn't....it was Scott's page. Today I got an email from Scott threatening legal action against me because I've never been a client of his.....that's very true . I immediately responded to the email from Scott and followed up with a phone call to apologize in a more formal way. Instead of being gracious he was....still threatening in my opinion. I recommended that he be more gentle in the future when a review was left SO OBVIOUSLY in error (as I named Weston, Adam, and Weston's new assistant in the review), and when I had already sent a written apology AND removed the review. Due to his tone and demeanor on the phone, I thought id warn others of his seemingly litigious nature. Yelp asks why when you remove a review, I told them it was left in error and legal action was threatened against me....both of which are 100% true, and I printed the emails to keep record of that fact. Ill also follow up with corporate and suggest continued training on how to deal with such blatant mistakes. Everything said above is either a fact, or opinion expressed by myself and my personal interactions with the named individuals and may not necessarily reflect the opinion or experience of others! Thanks for being so understanding Scott when I was nothing but apologetic!"
"This insurance company is hard to work with, as far as having a reoccurring payment. If you lose your debit card then you have to set up the new card. You can't do it over the phone or online. You have to go into the office and sign a paper. I was with farmers for quite along time. I find it inconvenient. Especially during the pandemic. I now go with AAA. Very easy to pay."
"My husband and I have been with Scott and his amazing team for over twenty yrs., 2 horrific accidents, and several minor accidents (thankfully none was too bad or our fault) later and FB insurance made everything to do with finances go so smoothly that the only time we were contacted during a very scary and stressful time was to have us sign documents or let us know how things were going.
