"Frustrating. Bought a washer from Lowe’s with an extended warranty. J&J is a contract they use. I originally scheduled for the 25th of January 2024 with my number. They called my mother’s number and rescheduled. So, here 2 days I’ve taken off of work. I received a text on 2-9-24 saying they would be here today 2-12-24. I called this morning to confirm and the woman answered said she would have to reschedule me because the technician was sick. I understand people get sick. Here’s 2 more days I have to take off. I mention this to the woman and how I can’t keep doing this and they should’ve called me, she did not care. Her response was ill and whatever. Thai is 4 days altogether I have to take off. I’m a single parent. Google says they’re open on Saturday, but she tells me they are not. I never received a call or a text (since they use text) stating that we would have to reschedule. I had to contact them. Not how you do business"
