"It’s been just over a month since visiting Sanctuary, and I’ve been on the fence about writing a review or not, but I decided to write my experience just incase it helps someone else. I usually ADORE getting my lashes and brows done from them. However, this last time was an absolute disaster! I went in for a brow lamination and lash extensions. (Which I’ve both had before and have loved!) This time both my lashes and brows came out really bad. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for them or what, but my eyes looked like this a day after. I followed the correct aftercare for both lashes and my eyebrows, so I’m not sure what happened. My eyebrows have not stayed in place since the second day. They hurt now. I don’t think eyebrows should hurt to the touch. Mind you- I’m not allergic to anything! I’ve had these services done before! My lashes have looked like this since the second day. I brush them constantly, wash them, & do correct aftercare. My lashes are another story. They hurt SO bad. They itched super bad the first few weeks and now I’m just in pain. I mean, I guess I could be allergic to them? I’m not sure, it felt different than an allergic reaction. I contacted them and they said they could take them off for me, but as a new mom it’s impossible to find childcare for something like this on such short notice. I’m bummed because this was a gift for being a new mom and all I got was miserable pain and nothing I was happy with. Just kinda discouraged me feeling beautiful after having a baby. If you’re a mom, you know the feeling! The staff is SO sweet and very kind, it’s absolutely nothing to do with them. I just don’t know if my experience was their top performance! I guess I’ll just stick to false lashes and lash lifts from now on haha!"

"Had a wonderful experience getting my eyebrows laminated with Gracyn and eyelashes lifted and tinted with Autumn. I haven't done this before and they explained everything they were doing and how to care for my brows and lashes. Autumn was so amazing working with my sensitive eyes that wouldn't stop blinking and watering."
