"Facility is clean and the people are nice. That’s why they receive the two stars. Honestly tried not to have to leave a review and give them a chance to fix it. Over the last 3 weeks I have been back to this place 4 times for nails that just simply crack off. My natural nails would be fine and they are thin. Some would even crack same day. They redid them every time but having to continually return is so inconvenient and I could sense the unhappiness. I have it one more chance because they gave me a discount. They switched from dip to acrylic and gold lines started peeling working hours. Needless to say I will not be returning. The nails were pretty while they lasted for a few hours"

"I’ve been going to this salon for about 9 months and today I went and got the worst service ever. The lady that did my pedicure did it within 20 minutes with me still having rough spots on my feet and the other lady did my nails and this was horrible job she did. It looked like a kid played on my nails. I had to go back inside after trying to calm down and Tony redid my nails and I was totally pleased with them. Thanks for fixing the problem."
