"It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I’m so happy I did! I decided to go to Deka Lash because they had such great reviews. The whole place was very clean and cozy. The lash tech, Anna, did so amazing. I got the classic full set and it looks so good, pictures don’t do it justice. I definitely will be coming back to get my fills. Anna also recommend to get the membership thats paid monthly that covers fills every two weeks, which I signed up for and I’d definitely recommend as it’s a great deal! I also got a lash extension starter kit that Anna showed me to care for my lashes."

"I had some type of allergic reaction to the cleanser they provided. When my technician asked her coworker, if she had any experience with such a reaction, her coworker said that irritated her eyes as well yet there was no disclaimer Particular branded product. My eyes immediately became bloodshot, Fire, bright red hazy, film over them and watering. I had to leave the appointment I’m not upset that I had A personal reaction to their product. I’m upset because when I called to tell them that I was going to the doctor for an emergency Eye exam I was told that the manager was talking to the owner 4 1/2 hours later no one had reached out to me, or contacted me out of sheer humanity. As a business owner if someone was impacted so severely in which I’m sure they saw the photos of me I would immediately have reached out to check, but it wasn’t until they were prompted that finally someone reached out and of course I got Arde, you signed the waiver, More concerned about themselves then their customers it was a horrific experience From reading their yelp reviews on other locations, it should’ve been a clear indicator that this is not the type of place that has great customer service, and obviously that stems from the top down in my opinion"

"Disclaimer: I was a lash model used for training new technicians so I got my services for free. But I did tip and buy the lash cleaning serum from the salon. Personally I wouldn't have enough extra money to get extensions done regularly. I got a volume set and I've never had false lashes before. They are so lightweight, but did end up pulling on my natural lashes a bit. (I have sensitive eyelashes that are prone to falling out anyway) I don't wear makeup regularly so I think these have a big impact! The tech thoroughly explains everything during the process and goes over aftercare. You can buy products in their store as well. The location staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and the place has a soothing atmosphere to it. You get a goodie bag of snacks after your appointment which is nice!"
