"I've been a customer for 3-4 years until now. And it is time to move on. Poor quality and poorer temperatures. Dryer temperatures are inadequate to dry a standard load of clothes in 28 minutes. There always seems to be be or 6 units broken. Recently I have been checking "hot" water temperature on my wash (I'm not talking about during the recent cold snap - I began checking before that). It is simple to judge that the water temperature in a load of wash using the hot setting, does not reach over 60 degrees or even a lukewarm temperature. I have checked this several times during medium busy hours when you would expect hot water to be abundant. I really don't care to read what excuses they may offer in a response. My business has gone elsewhere."

"I have been washing in a laundry for years, I am a customer, the dryers are damaged, they do not heat enough, the price for washing has gone up and it is not possible that the maintenance of the machines is terrible."

"I tried to turn in some keys I found in the restroom and the girl was so rude to me for ringing the bell I could not believe it. Who hired her!!! How she got a job there I don't know. Horrible person. I'll never go back and I was a regular. Never again."

"This place smells so bad, like a 1000 litter boxes. They have no air conditioning when it was hot the Oklahoma City genetically altered gang flies were buzzing around attacking like killer bees attacking for nor reason no food around (I guess) the smell is a big turn-off. All around its OK but that smell and everyone acts oblivious to the smell like they don't smell it or see the flies. Horrible smell for the price."
