"I have been hooked on this franchise ever since I learned that I could sign in online and skip the wait line. In my experiences, every stylist at this location does an excellent job. I have been there dozens of times and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this establishment."

"Solid choice for a quick and reasonably priced hair cut. Have been going here since they opened. Have to wait a while occasionally, but usually it’s pretty fast and they have an easy to use app to allow you to check in from home, then you get a text when you are about 15 minutes from your cut. Which is great if you live or work within a 15 minute drive away. They typically have 2 or 3 stylists working at a time. They seem to have a pretty high turn over of staff, but so far everyone has done a good job. They also document what depth of clipper settings you prefer from your previous visits which helps reduce errors when getting someone new, and better insures consistency across stylists. You can also call them and they will let you know if your preferred stylist is working, or when they’ll be working next. They frequently offer $6.99 haircut coupons in the US mail and also give out a $2.00 off coupon on your receipt."

"The middle aged white lady with way too much foundation who's chair is directly behind the register absolutely wrecked my hairline. How she screwed up something so simple I do not understand. She should probably find more work suited to her "skills" never going to a great clips again. I don't even want the free fixing of it. Go to another company, these people don't know what they're doing."

"Showed up 30 minutes before they closed, my fault. Lady was nice but did not listen. Asked for a 2 with a 1 fad only in front of the ears and she. It my neck and everything with a one. I expect a sunburn this weekend. Think they rushed to leave cause she missed a bunch of spots and I was only in the chair maybe 10 minutes. Don’t expect anything and you won’t be disappointed. I needed a fast cut because my stylist broke her foot and I’m leaving town. Do not recommend using this place for emergencies."
