"Full of it. Dont bother. Claim they help people with bad credit but then when you talk to them and they pull up your credit, they straight up tell you that they are picky and don't give loans to people with any issues on their credit. Just like the rest."

"I'm not really sure why this place is the way that they are but they use to have a lady named Michelle there and this lady would work with me so much like I appreciated her so much but now that she's gone it's like i try to tell them hey we're going thru a hardship I can definitely pay something in a couple weeks and instead of working with us they wanna tell us we have to make a payment in order to work with us? What the hell kind of sense does that make.. people are going thru it and I work for a loan place I would never do anyone like that because I have the option to work with them as I know atlas does too because Michelle ALWAYS worked with me!! And even if you give them arrangements and it's not what they want they will still contact your job and references everyday...so if you need aplace that's gonna work with you if you ever fall into a bind do not go here because they definitely will make things alot harder...you would think they would take what they can get considering they don't even take these accounts to court so why would you not take whatever someone can give? Instead of telling them if it's not a certain amount you can't do it...that makes absolutely no sense...but I guess my company is ALOT DIFFERENT and alot more understanding then atlas."

"I did an application online on 1/6/2023 around noon and then called then about 3pm asking for an update on my application. The lady took my name and number and said she would give me a call back. I had to call them again around 5 to ask again for another update and I was placed on hold then was disconnected. I called today, 1/7/2023 around 9:30 am and was placed on hold again then disconnected so I called back around 10 and the lady took my name and number and said give her 30 minutes, well a few hours went by so I called around 12:15 and she answered and took my information. Then she said she wouldn’t be able to do the job varifcagjkn because it’s the weekend and I told her that I can give her my bosses number and she said that worked. Well then we got disconnected again so I called back again and I was told that worked and that I can head that way. I had what I thought was the correct documention that was needed. Well when I get there, she tells me I need X things to process and that she should have told me over the phone. So I left and call a different location by my work and she said she would call her supervisor. In between calls, this locations supervisor got ahold of the lady dealing with my application. Well the lady calls me to apologize because she just got off the phone with her supervisor. I understand that certain documents are needed, but that really does need to be told over the phone. It felt completely rushed and that this didn’t want to get done until Monday just by the time and the statements said about my application. I also understand that I’m sure they get busy, but you can’t give a time frame and then not follow through with that time frame. If I didn’t call again around 12:15 I’m pretty positive I wouldn’t have heard back from them at all."
