"Went for a touch up on my highlights and tone out any yellow and left with darker hair that resembled lifeless, orangy-brown, where my highlights used to be. I spent over an hour there while different stylist tried fixing the problem. Then they charged my over $70 in addition to the "highlights/tone" job! Waste of time and money! My advice, do your research!"
