"Been member for 45 years. They messed my mortgage up and applied $100,000 towards an account that was zeroed out. Took a week to fix. Then had two CDs that they started taking federal backup withholding tax out (not authorized and should not occur on CD). They admitted their error and it still took months to get money back. Then when you don’t think things can get worse they drop my CD rate by 2/3. I could not recommend this organization to anyone. 45 year member saying this. They also will not return calls"
