"There is a black lady that works there and she wasn’t the nicest and it made me not want to go back. The lady up front asked if we need help and after nicely saying no thank you the black lady rudely wanted to tell us why and that we were not welcome to smell the hair product. I know I can’t be the only one who likes to smell the product to make sure I like the smell that will be in my hair. So if you are someone who does this definitely DON’T COME here. Today I was very disappointed because I’ve been there before and smelled the product no big deal and had better service."

"They are not customer friendly they have the black ladies working for service to help the black customers why their watching the cameras and pretend to do inventory. I asked for assisting for twisted locs hair but the hair I was looking for wasn't available it was disconnected so I purchased other hair. Then I asked for my military discount the owner said we doesn't give discount anymore because the inflation has gone up and the hair is marked at a lower price.. I said what inflation has to do with my military service. I said no thank and told her to keep the hair.. what gets me they always playing black gospel music proclaims to be religious but act like devils they stare and watch every black person to see if u are going to steal. Besides asking if you need help. I just sad. the lady and man (owner) is very rude , he ask like he don't understand English. So, I go to Sue’s she’s friendly and will order whatever you needing if possible. Lawton beauty supply must have paid people for the good reviews because everyone I know in Lawton thinks they are horrible and their costumers service suck! Plus they put their Asian business smack down in poor ruin down black areas knowing the blacks will purchased the product. It is really sad. Plus they are overpriced. I wish lawton had a black beauty supply business one day."
