"Had appointment for 11 am for pedicure today with Lena and manicure with Alex. Was told by front guy to sit on pedicure chair. Say for 15 mins no one came to me. The last appointment I ended up here 2.5 hours so that’s why I made appointment!!!!! When I asked who will be attending I was told Lena will come but I didn’t see Lena anywhere. When I mwntines I made appointment one lady from front possibly owner said Alex doesn’t work here any more so I said how come no one told me that instead of making me sit and I didn’t want to be here 2.5 hours again. The lady was very rude and told me you can go somewhere else. That is the first time I came across this someone telling ek to go somewhere else no apologies nothing !!! I will never ever be back here again !!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I’m glad theres plenty choices for nails."

"I should have done this a long time ago! Ever since the first time I went to see Nancy Galaxy Nails and Spa. I've never wanted to go anywhere else. She is amazing as well as the rest of the nail technicians. I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"Went to get a nail fixed. The lady who did it was pretty rude and got frustrated with me cause I didn’t know what the nail color was. The reason I didn’t know the nail color was because the last time I went I picked a nail color and then the guy had to pick a different color because they were out of the color I wanted. There was no reason for the lady to be that rude when I told her why I didn’t know the color. Very disappointing. Probably won’t be going back."

"I usually have a great experience here. Went there yesterday and it was slow. Took them 20 minutes before starting my nails. I had a picture of the nail art I wanted up on my phone the whole time the lady was doing my nails and at the end I had to ask her if she was doing the nail art and then proceeded to get mad that she didn’t see it and then when she did do it she did a poor job on it saying it’s not going to be the same but similar. Idk if it’s just me but if I want a design done, I want it just like the photo I show not “similar”. Yes It may look fine to others but it’s not what I wanted and she knew that I wanted the design and how I wanted it before starting my nails so if she couldn’t do it then she should’ve had someone else do it or not do them at all. Then the top coat on my nails are already peeling off making it look trashy. A photo of what I asked for compared to what I got is posted. Also, while using the drill she had constantly made me bleed on at least every nail once."

"My nail technician was Nancy and she did a wonderful job on my nails 11-1-2020. I felt like a valued customer during my session. She was focused on fulfilling my request for my nails. My nails are lovely and just like I wanted them. Update: My nails are nice but if Nancy is in a rush your nails might not receive enough attention. 11-20-2020"
