"I had went in to get my nails done & was just something really simple and plain. I’ve heard so many good reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try. I was in pretty quick for doing a walk in. The lady who did my nails drilled into my skin on multiple fingers. I started bleeding and she even noticed it and said sorry. It was hurting bad the whole time. I should’ve spoke up but didn’t because I didn’t want to be that person. This is the first time i’ve been to a salon and been cut. It’s a beautiful place and decent customer service, but not good on my nails."
