"Worst experience I have ever encountered. Although I came in every time (about 5 times) and made the monthly payment due, the OKC W Britton location (without notifying me) decided to take out over $240 from my checking account on April 3, 2023. I called in on the due date (4/3/2023) and said I would be in by COB to make the $60 minimum payment due. The lady at Cashland then informed me that they already took out the whole loan balance because they called me Friday and Saturday and that I did not return their calls!!!"
