"Do not do business with them! They will give out your loan information to anyone who calls & will draft your bank account on a loan that has already been paid off. It’s a whole argument & long stupid process to get them to MAIL you a check refunding the unauthorized charge because ”they can’t wire it back to you” for whatever archaic reason. Of course they did this right before Christmas too but they don’t care about anyone."

"They are nice and deceitful. Not honest upfront, and its impossible to payoff your loan evrythings applied to interest, even extra payments, cause they hide all the details from you for 2 years. THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS."

"I currently have a title loan with this company and can not wait to get them paid off. I had a great experience when I opened the loan In Kansas City, Missouri. They were so nice. Made me feel valued. When I moved to Oklahoma and had dealings with this specific branch it was the complete opposite! They definitely talk to you like you’re unintelligent the customer service sucks. The interest rates are really just not worth the way you are treated. I wish I would have taken my business else where or paid off before I moved to Oklahoma. I highly do not recommend."

When I called about an auto draft issue Margaret was not super helpful and very condescending Even if you know a customer made a mistake somewhere, it is not good customer service to be condescending and make them feel unintelligent. I called corporate about the online issue to find out they are looking into it already and they've had many complaints about my same issue."
