"If I could give zero stars I would. This company and its employees do not care if you are going through hardship such as no job or health problems. They state they can not accept partial payments, but in fact will. They state that they will continue collections until they have their money. They don't care if you are trying to pay them something. It doesn't matter if you have been a long time customer. They will call your references before calling you and harass them as if they owe the money and are rude to them. They will call from private, restricted, and unknown numbers. When you call them out for their unprofessional approach they lie. They will say things like oh the call didn't go through or no answer is why I called your references. The Moore location is the worst. Most of the time it isn't opened or they don't answer the phone. It doesn't do any good calling corporate. They will not work with you. Stay away from this company."

"The worker, Kristen, was NOT friendly at all. Sat at a desk, 12+ feet away from where she told me to sit, no eye contact, asked me all the personal and confidential questions that I thought she was entering into a computer, all for her to walk up with a written form and asked me to sign. She was not informative, short reply answers, appeared as though I was annoying her. I responded to an advertisement they sent to me."
