"If I would rate with No Stars I will get that, I understand my payment was late, she offer me to refinance and gave me an amount, after the pymt was processed, she said I'm sorry you still owe X amount, she didn't even know what happened, she was all confused and when we questioned it she didn't know what to say , all she said was that I needed to pay, if not I was still gonna get charge a late fee on the remaining money...I asked for yheanager and apparently she was, which i dont believe all. She got mad, I was very calmed ...i asked for someone higher than her and al km she said is that the GM will call you, which I am good with it"
