"To start she did not wash my hair.I needed my locs retightened. I have so many which Is why I do not mind paying the money. ALL I asked was for my locs to be retightened but when I got home, I noticed every three was twisted together or inner locked on each other. I understand that if your locs are breaking off or thinning out, you need to do that sometimes but mine were not! Even if you were to twist anything together, you could at least let me know what you are doing. I have put time and money into my hair. I had that many because I like that style. What is worse is that more was fused together on one side of my head because she was in rush to finish because another client was there. I am a paying client. Just because you think a hairstyle should look a certain way does not mean that is for everyone. Now I must pay, on top of what I paid you, to fix my hair. That is if it can be fixed. Locs are not like braids. It is not that simple to take down and redo. All I wanted was for what I ALREADY had to be retightened not a whole different look. Very disappointing"

"Great place to get you hair done. There is a men's barber and on the other side women's hair stylist. They accept appointments, there is a TV in the common waiting room, customers have access to the tv remote controls and may change the channels. This place is always kept very clean."
