"Asked that my hair be cut up to my shoulders all the same length. The lady that cut my hair went ahead and gave me layers and thinned my hair neither of which I asked for. Oh and my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders unless it's straightened. The lady that curled my hair made me feel better about the poor job that the lady cutting my hair did. Won't be returning."

It had been 3 weeks since my last hair cut, so it was and is still grown out and rough. I've been here before and a different lady cut my hair, and I had no issues at all with her."
