"Less than one star. We stopped in and bought a set of washer and dryer. We were told that all appliance for sell were clean and function tested., that was a lie, we took their word and never question their statement. Once we took the set to our home and installed we came to find out the dry door was missing door gasket, and the timer knob was stripped and would not rotate. When the washer turned on and water started to fill tub, water was turning red indicating washer was not clean. At times the washer would suddenly stop and make a grinding noise and would not turn on. Cycle would resume on its own. Made several calls and explain what the situation was and all they said was bring it in, I told them I did not have the time to be returning equipment to their store at that time the washer was full of water. This has been a horrible experience with the store and WOULD DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The lady talks too much and doesn't and has a situation of her own with the same issue. We finally uninstall the pair and put them outside and was out 500 dolares but I just didn't want to deal with her and the store."

"Less than one star. For our rentals we have purchased several times from them. Sometimes things are not clean, no problem we clean it. They will not pick up Items that break within the warranty period. They will not accommodate us in any manner. So I have to wait for them to fit us into their to busy calendar for delivery or pay someone to pick it up and install. Then when it goes out in 7 days I am expected to pay someone to take it back to them and pay again to pick it up if it gets fixed. They will not come out to pick up or repair. They hang up on you and refuse come to any middle ground on what I consider a crappy appliance. No customer service. They will tell you I am busy, you are just one person. So since I am only one person, know this I spent $14,654.00 that will now be spent elsewhere."

"Bought a dryer and washer. Months later the heating element went out. Called the store, the lady replaced it for free even though I was willing to pay. I recommend County Appliances. I told all my friends about this place."

"went there to look at a refrigerator and a gas me electric dryer and they have a decent stock. a good warranty and I will be heading back to pick up a new refrigerator and a new dryer within a week or so just in the area I want to stop by. the people were there were very courteous and very friendly."
