"Four years ago we went to Hahn's for a new dishwasher and counter-top gas range. We were looking for a particular brand recommended by Consumer Reports, but the salesman, Josh Fawcett, explained why a different, less expensive brand was better, and he was right. The buying experience was simple and the installation went smoothly. This week our built-in oven finally quit working, so I started price-shopping on line. Hahn's prices were about the same as other stores, and since we had had good experience with Hahn's (and not so good experiences with the other stores) we went back there. Josh was again our salesman, and he explained the choices well without any pressure to buy a certain model. Once we decided, he wrote it up and scheduled the install for this Friday. We were in and out in under an hour, and it cost us less than I had expected. If you need large appliances, Hahn's is the best place in town. They have the widest selection and the best service."

"Shopping in store was a really good experience. Sales people were helpful but not overwhelming, they allowed us to shop without hovering over us. Delivery and installation were on time and completed in a timely manner. One thing that would have been better was if the installation people had put covers/booties over their shoes and laid plastic down to bring in the appliance instead of just walking into the house and onto the carpeting. Overall, very happy and would recommend them."

"I went in looking for a new over the range microwave and was in and out in 10 minutes. Tue salesman was helpful without being to clingy and I found what I needed in just a few minutes. After shopping online and visiting home depot everything I wanted was going to have to be delivered late the next week. Hahn Appliance had it in stock and at a similar price point to Walmart and Home depot. I left with my purchase and now the fun of installing starts. I installed the last one so it won't be too bad. Very nice people with a selection of all price points from inexpensive to luxury. It was my first time shopping at Hahn Appliance and it couldn't have gone smoother.
