"My 48” commercial gas range was not installed properly by my contractor- I had only High settings on all my burners and the ovens didn’t heat accurately. Then a recent earthquake busted my oven igniters! Near Appliance really came through! I received so many helpful tips and advice on using my cook top and ovens, including temperature differences, and buying a quality thermometer. Both my ovens work properly and accurately, and I have a “ high to simmer” range on all my burners now. Previously I only had High on all my burners. Thank you so much!"
