The Home Depot

"I usually go to the NW OKC Home Depot because it's closer, but had to get some stuff last minute and the Quail Springs location was the only closest store that had everything available for online pick up. Was instantly worried when I got the text saying my order was ready and to go to the Customer Service Desk (whereas the NW OKC location has lockers outside the entrance, and it's easy to use). So when I get to the Quail Springs store, I was immediately disappointed. There's no signage ANYWHERE saying where Customer Service is (YES I know most stores have it right at the entrance, but there should still be a big orange sign hanging from the ceiling that says CUSTOMER SERVICE in the area), but I see a small 'RETURN' orange sign, and initially see two employees. One was helping a customer, the other was just doing nothing, but instead of approaching me to ask if I needed help, they purposefully avoided me. I also thought there would be some sort of sign that said 'Online Order Pick Up', but the only thing I saw was a white piece of paper taped on the back of a monitor with 'Online pick ups' printed with really thin font. I'm pretty sure there are tons of customers who chose online pick up, so how do they expect anyone to know where to go?? So I wait for someone to approach me because I'm standing behind the online order monitor, and yet NO ONE would give me even a glance. Then I see someone who I think is the manager of the store appear and he helps another customer, and even after helping them, *I* had to ask if THIS is where I can pick up my order. And despite giving my correct phone number they couldn't find my order until I had to give them my full name. TL;DR I am never coming back to this Home Depot location, absolutely terrible customer service and terrible online order pick up system."

"Went tonight for lithium batteries, been all over the city looking for them. Stopped here and hit the jackpot, found them quickly and was greeted by John asking if I found what I needed and if I was ready to check out. He took me down to register for checked me out. We cracked a few jokes and I was out the door. Good service, most places want you to do self check out."
