She is very knowledgeable across different areas of the store and stepped up today when she was with 2 other employees as I walked up to ask a question to the group of them. She is one of a dying breed of people with both motivation and great customer service. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves."

"In store experience was good. Made a purchase & had delivered w/ installation w/o haul off. Delivery persons hesitated to move 2 old appliances 15-20ft to driveway (in order to install) without charging a relocation fee. I felt I was being hustled. The store failed to inform of policy. Also I was a TotalTech member last year & this year Best Buy changed & reduced membership benefits now called Best Buy Total at roughly same price. Disappointed. Under TotalTech I would not have been hustled."
