"A very nice young man came out to our house and took measurements for a double wall convection oven. This was a month ago and we never heard back from Weathers. The 3 stars are because the young man was very polite but there was no follow up from anyone at Weathers. We’ve moved on and purchased elsewhere."

"This is my 3rd purchase with Weathers. I was not as happy this time as in the past. Paid for TV and waited more than 2 weeks for a call about installation. I had to contact them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me back, that never happened. When the install crew arrived, we discussed the installation, and it was not what was explained to me by the salesman, and not what I had paid extra for. THANK GOODNESS for Joel and Andy. If it had not been for them, the TV would have gone back. They did a workaround and I am very happy with their work. I did call and speak with the manager to let him know how much they saved the sale. I hope he acknowledges them and their hard work."

"Met Jake at our new home being built to discuss a whole house audio system. The meeting went great and Jake promised an estimate within a couple of days. Two weeks later and I have never received my estimate. Called at least five times over the course of the two weeks and talked to Shirley or Damon each time. They both promised they would get it to me, and as of today still no estimate. I don’t understand treating potential customers this way. Sorry guys, you missed out on a huge sale."

"After delays from buying a TV from a big brand name store and finding out the TV we purchased was never in stock we had them refund our money. We should have gone to Weather's in the first place. Excellent service & installation. We definitely will be purchasing more TV's in the future. It's always best to shop locally ❤️"
