Being appliances seem to go out at the same time, we did some pre-shopping for the future. Caleb guided us through the store and when we wanted to look alone, he gave us space. As we were leaving another salesman approached who had sleazy sales tactics and a political agenda to push, we were not at all impressed by him. Ultimately, we left grateful that we were able to work with Caleb and with the purchase we made. Caleb guided us without an agenda and we will be working with him in the future."

"We bought new appliances from Metro for our entire home. Sales staff knows nothing of the appliances. Customer service after the sale was terrible. The new refrigerator leaked day one and we still cannot get anyone to even look at it. Almost a month of wait time to get anything and we are still waiting on our washer and dryer. As a general contractor I have bought literally hundreds of appliances from Metro and they used to be good. Sadly to say you are better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot."
