"This is our second year of renting from Kenny and the staff at Aloha. They are easy to work with and are patient while you are equipped. It's a busy place and they are an well oiled machine. Last year and this year, their equipment was tip top shape for us in regards to their skis and boots. We had to swap out some boots due to comfort issues, they were VERY accommodating with the Gold package we pre-purchased and went ABOVE AND BEYOND the customer service standards.
