"Associate tried to ID me for an energy drink, then turned it into a ploy to need my information to sign me up for a rewards account, none of it was real and was all fabricated to get a rewards signup. I work in retail, I understand having to get signups for things, but fraud and taking information is low."

"Horrible customer service. Rude and uninformative of products. Store looks like it’s about to get shut down and that’s the reason. I’ll be ordering supplements from other carriers from now on."

"Very rude customer representative. An emo looking girl with a nose ring stood behind the register the whole time. Didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t say hi. Didn’t offer help. I ask a question about a product and she quickly dismissed me by saying “don’t know” then quickly looked away annoyed. She was extremely rude throughout the whole process. Bad vibes all around from her. I should of walked out."

"Went in to try and see about buying some prime, but instead I ended leaving with nothing but awful customer service. The lady working at the desk refused to answer my question all because their system was down, I work retail and understand things happen but you shouldn’t just send me away immediately because you can’t take my money. I guess I should say she told me I could try again later, but I didn’t feel like coming back to a rude lady just to be rudely turned away. Next time just close the store if you don’t want any customers…."

"I went to buy some product, and I was told about a membership deal of $99. I simply said no thank you! maybe next time. The guys who had explain, was upset or seem to be because I didnt want to get their membership! Maybe I'll go a different GNC next time."
