"Awful. My friend went in debating if he wanted to buy a gun or not. They started the background check on him, and once it was complete, they told him the total. He was deciding whether or not he wanted to go through with the purchase. They then told us that because the background check was complete he legally had to buy the gun and had no other choice. We asked if there was a way to cancel anything and they assured us no. He HAD to buy the gun. He purchased it and then soon after realized he DID NOT have to purchase the gun. Lied straight to our faces just to make a sale. Very unprofessional. :/"

"Store clerks lied to us to push a purchase on us We went in to purchase a handgun and halfway through the process (after they had done the background check but BEFORE the purchase) we decided we didn't want to purchase the firearm anymore because of money problems. The clerk then stated that because they had sent the background check through, the gun was registered to us under the state of Utah and therefore we basically 'had' to buy the gun, obviously trying to push the sale on us. We ended up fulfilling the purchase and later called another gun store to confirm if this whole background check thing was legit. Of course it's not, you do not need to purchase a firearm even after the background check has gone through. We tried to return the firearm and just get the cash back, but were told that they couldn't do gun returns after the gun has left the building. Overall, the clerk was dishonest, just trying to get a quick easy sale. Would not recommend."

"I love this shop. I don't care how far it is I will drive. The owners are nice and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for something they will in the salt lake valley. I highly recommend them, 10/10."
