"Visited on Jan 06, 2024. Tried to go back in when I realized I forgot an item and the employees had already locked to doors despite it being 10 minutes before the posted closing time. Today I visited and tried to return some items purchased. I have never been in a retail store that would refuse to at least offer store credit for purchases outside the normal return window. Anti-customer policy, and your associate claimed she would be fired if she processed the return. So you are just straight up lying when you say you are not "just about numbers"."

"Multiple visits for plumbing items which they ended up having in stock but it took 3 times of going and getting no help or further set back being given the wrong items and then not being what I needed. The employees weren't knowledgeable in their area. It seems the new store was staffed any means necessary type of situation. The front end employees and MGMT. We're great but the employees were resistant to get help when needed from someone higher up with more knowledge on their merchandise. The store was very pricey and not worth trying to save a trip to Home Depot instead, which I prefer over the new local Ace hardware in denison."
