My day, along with my heart, were both then saved by the kind Powder House staff. My savior, Rachel, went to the extent of calling one of their other stores to have them bring me the exact pair I wanted within 10 minutes. Thanks to Rachel, along with her coworkers, my eyes are finally protected from these bright Utah rays. I hope someday I can return to this oasis of a ski shop. I’d add a 6th star if I could! "Will echo what many others have said. The rental equipment is the lowest quality, most worn down, that me or any of my friends have ever rented. The person who took care of the boots had absolutely no knowledge about boots beyond size. The boots were beat, no grip… the selection they have is extremely scarce. The skis have been through some rough terrains and really should have been renewed seasons (plural) ago. All of this at the great price of $75 for a half-day per person. Hands down the worst experience of any ski rental shop."
