"Purchased a boat blind from Backwater Performance. The PVC coupler didn’t fit in the sleeve on the blind. When I emailed them about it they just wanted me to put the pipes in the sleeve without the couplers. Which would make it very hard to roll the blind up. If you didn’t need them why would they have sent them in the first place? When I told them this, they sent me a link of an internal coupler. Which would work, asked them to send them to me. It’s been over a week with no package or response. Very frustrating when you spend $1000 on a blind you have to put more money in to make it work like it was designed. Edit* They did send the parts to make it work correctly."

I didn’t have over night shipping but for $30 extra it’s not a bad deal. I was able to get it that quick because of how fast BWP was able to process my order. Absolutely amazing company highly recommend!"

"Pretty positive I will not call again trying to buy a part. After over 2 hours later when they finally called me back with a shipping price I had already had another dealer figured it while i was on the phone and shipped it out today.. Poor Customer Service with the lady today"

"bought a kill switch and paid almost 80 dollars for next day air delivery on a 33 dollar part to get it quickly, then they waited for a couple of days to even ship it, they apparently do not understand the concept of next day! be cautious and do not pay for expedited shipping because next day only means next day after they get around to shipping."
