"Could not be happier with this store - both with Thomas (Black Rock Mountain Resort location) or with Brett at the main store location. Talk about 2 guys who are (a) extremely knowledgeable about skis, skiing, boot fitting, (b) have terrific customer service skills and (c) are just genuinely great to talk to. Rented my skis at Black Rock Mountain Resort (Thomas) and bought a new pair of the best-fitting boots that I’ve ever worn (Brett). If I could give 6 stars, I would! Great guys, great store!"

"Let start this off by staying we have used this business for over 18 years now. This year we stop in to get some rentals for one of our party guest and the 2 guys working during the lunch time hour could have not been any ruder. They definitely were not what we have grown accustomed to seeing there. We were told to come back at night after 3 even though we weren't skiing that day and have had a great relationship with this business surrounding situations such as this. The saving grace to this rating and the reason it's a 5 is solely based on Max. He was out going professional and provided excellent customer service. Like we have received in years past. Max should be recognized for his efforts as I swore we were only gonna rent for 1 day and then go try the competitors. Thanks Max and many blessings to you. The equipment we have rented has been excellent thus far."

"We stayed at Black Rock Mountain Resort in Heber City where a Switchback Sports shop is located on the 2nd floor. We popped in to rent ski gear for our stay and Thomas was knowledgeable and beyond excellent! He took his time ensuring that we all had the proper fitting helmet, ski's and boots. We booked for 4 days but only chose to do 2 due to the fact that our stay consisted more of man-made snow rather than natural and we were refunded for the extra days. Switchback Sports is also located in Silver Lodge and will soon be opening a location in the Waldorf. Excellent gear, shop and customer service. The next time we are in Park City, we will use this company again."
