"Looked at a bike and was super excited about it. Told the sales guy I was super interested. Came back the next day to buy it and was told because of demand and availability the price went up $1000 and they wouldn't honor the price tag still on the bike! Will never do business with this place and may not do business with the Specialized brand due to my experience. Extremely disappointed and if I could give them less stars I would. *Revised* I do appreciate the response but honestly the damage has already been done. Fortunately Specialized found me a local dealer that was willing to deal with me and despite them asking a considerable amount more for the same bike was willing to honor the sale price and even made me a great deal on an upgraded drivetrain and bike rack. Thanks to "Bike Peddler" in Lehi Utah, they made my experience much better and was happy to pay my almost $10k of hard earned and saved for 2 years a much better investment."
"My brother in-law lives in Arkansas and was super excited to visit this shop while in town. He found the bike he knew he wanted and the price was clearly listed on it. He even talked to the salesperson extensively and the price was confirmed. He came back to my house and did all the research and woke up stoked to go back in only to find that they wouldn’t honor the bike at the price very clearly listed on it. They look at these bikes all day and somehow “didn’t notice”, apparently and still refused. They flat out told him no. False advertising? I’d say. Luckily he found an amazing shop in Lehi that was willing to honor the price this Hanger 15 “advertised” and now he’s happy. I wonder what Specialized will think of this? Well, we’ll find out! I’m sure the shop he spent almost 10k at after upgrades was pleased with the decision Hanger 15 made!"
"I can’t say enough good things about the Mikcreek Hangar 15 crew. They are amazing. They never encourage you to buy new things you don’t need, but provide the facts and let you make the best choice for you. One time my bike was broken and I really wanted it in time for a ride and Mike literally offered to let me borrow his bike. That’s the kind of service they provide. 10/10 would recommend taking all your bikes here, road/mountain/gravel all of it."
"Hangar 15 Biycles is a 10 Star company for cyclists and Mountain bikers. Going inside you you will see an incredible inventory and gear. You will meet Mike the owner and Mark and Chris who are experienced cyclists and riders that give you full attention. If you are bringing in your bike for servicing you can grab an incredible pastry at Beaumont Bakery (Highly recommended) or if you are going to Beaumont Bakery bring your bike to Hangar 15 to get it serviced. How we got acquainted with Hangar 15 was when my finance's tire blew coming down Mill Creek. You know that horrible sound .... now what? You are in the canyon and realize there is a hole that is can't be patched and its a long walk back to the car. We reached out to Hanger 15 and told them what happened. Mark left the shop and picked us.up In no time we had a new tire and new friends."
"Leaving your bike at a shop can feel like leaving your child with a babysitter you found on Craigslist. With the Tommy the Tech, all feelings of uneasiness were put to rest. He reassured me through multiple personal phone calls that my bike would be cherry upon completion. He was clear on what he was doing, and price options to save money. What did I learn? Trust your tech. My compliments to this lad and taking my haggard bike and turning back to the beauty I knew she was. Shouts to Mike and Chuck II for your patience with my adult learner questions. - Chuck III & The Mālama Football Club"
