"This was a pleasant service experience. Jake was friendly and polite. This company was the only company that I could find that was willing to come out and actually look for a mouse underneath my freezer. I had told them I was willing to pay for a cleaning if they would help me remove the mouse. When the technician couldn't find the mouse underneath my freezer, he looked underneath my washing machine, my dryer, and even looked in the water heater cabinet. I also had the company vacuum out my dryer and replace my intake valve on my washing machine. I will definitely use this company again if I have any appliances that need repair."
