"The people that are here are kind and helpful, I've got my number products here, mostly nail supplies and hair supplies. They have a huge collection of perfumes and colognes as well. If they don't have anything in stock they can usually order it. I love their return policy, I bought a hair product. That didn't do the job I needed, and was able to return it with no problem. Around Christmas they have a great deals too"

"The manager at this location doesn’t have good customer service. I bought a hair oil and the bottle was broken when I opened it. I provided the packaging and I took a video of the broken bottle with the product inside but couldn’t keep the actual broken bottle because I was traveling in Europe and couldn’t keep the broken pieces of glass with the oil. The manager was unreasonable and told me she wasn’t able to give me a refund because I didn’t keep the broken pieces of glass even though I kept the packaging! The date the video was taken was 1 day after I bought it too!"

"Got my haircut here by Tatiana, she did Amazing exactly how I wanted it... she is also very knowledgeable about hair and the manager Kylee was so super nice and very educated helping me with facial products and the deals and it was just such an awesome experience going into ultra beauty for the first time because if the customer service and knowledge they have. I will definitely be shopping here from now on!!"

"I have loved this company for years, however tonight I had a very distasteful interaction with an employee at this location. I wish I read her name because it was absolutely wrong. I had gone for a night out with my younger sister and she got excited about the fun colored gift cards, she asked me if she could take one and as someone who has worked at a different Ulta in the past and been told it’s okay on the occasion, I let her take it. as we were just about to walk through the doors to leave, the girl literally YANKS the gift card out of my little sisters hand before saying anything first, and THEN says in a rude tone, “You can’t have that unless you’re going to buy it.” I then quickly left knowing that upset my sister. Saratoga Springs Ulta, PLEASE do better about training your employees in guest interactions like that. I understand if you’re implementing new rules against kids / people just taking blank gift cards but the way she went about it was absolutely WRONG. It made me extremely upset. I had even been considering signing up for the rewards card tonight finally and I am now glad I hadn’t, ESPECIALLY under the girl that treated us the way she did on our way out. Very on the edge of not returning to Ulta for my beauty needs. Very disappointed in a company that is usually big on guest interaction."

"Wonderful staff! Alex from the salon was amazing at helping me make selections and was so nice as I haven't bought makeup in person in years. She made really helpful suggestions and i bought everything :) I look forward to trying her salon offerings too! Great experience."
