"I’ve been skiing for many years and have had several different boots. Even though my boots had custom footbeds and other customized features, none of them were perfectly comfortable. A friend suggested I get boots from Dale. Dale customizes the footbeds, the liners AND the boot itself. Their boots are designed specifically for each person’s unique foot. Feb 23 update… 1 year later: I love my boots but was having trouble with the fit of one of them. Caden was so helpful! He listened intentionally and made the adjustments that were needed. "Great people to deal with. Recently ordered my 3rd set of boots from them. I took the mail order approach because getting out to the factory was not in the cards for this year. I sent out the measurements and tracings needed. The boots fit well and the follow up contacts helped dial in the fitting. They stand by their products with great support. The picture shows the 2023 boots next to the 1993 boots. The older boots were upgraded and updated by Daleboots a few times over the years."
