"145 p.m. on December 11th 2023, this is a message for the store manager sarah. There is a gal with brown hair just below her chin who was incredibly rude to a couple of senior citizens. She told them that she could not help them check out I know they would have to do self checkout. I am a case manager that helps senior citizens and I watched her behavior and then called the store and asked for the manager's name who has helped me several times on several occasions and is very kind and is always willing to help somebody check out if they cannot do it on their own. I am reporting this employee and I will make it a point to call the store back until I reach the manager. I will take this to the general manager if I have to. Sarah, this employee is very rude and if I would have had the wherewithal to record her behavior, I would have. You need to speak with this employee and if she does not like her job then she needs to go somewhere else."

"Have only been to the Fort Union location. This one was just as addicting. Staff was really friendly and actually working their burrs off."

"I seriously love five below. From cute gift ideas, home decor and snacks there's something for everyone at an unbeatable price. All locations have different merch and it's really fun looking through the aisles at each location."

"Store was very clean and organized. Some of the shelves and racks were bare. Probably still receiving merchandise since its a newer store. Lots of items in style for kids/teens. Too much stuff to see for 1 visit. Definitely going back. Staff was very polite and friendly. They even made sure to up sale batteries for items that needed them."
