"I can’t say I’m disappointed or impressed at the moment. Whilst I do realize small businesses are struggling at the moment, I think they could make a few small changes to better expedite some things. The piece I ordered was rather small. Ordered 5 days ago and shipped via ups 3 days ago and isn’t scheduled to arrive for another 4 days.. Cost was 10 bucks in shipping and an extra dollar for insurance for a piece that’s under 16oz. Usps offers many faster and cheaper alternatives (that include insurance) for the customer. This would not only help with the lackluster shipping times we’ve all come to see with ups, but also yield a much better customer satisfaction level as well. Cheaper and faster… bingo! I understand ups offers cheaper rates for larger packages and bulk orders, however..they aren’t always the better option."
